Well, my background is in Health and Fitness....I spent 16 years in a career as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor before I became a Mompreneur. It's in my blood, and it's something that I LOVE sharing.

And I also know this.

What you put into your body effects EVERYTHING.

Your energy, your mindset, your relationships, your focus, your BUSINESS....and the way you show up in the world.

If you want to play at 100%, living in a healthy body is VITAL.

Does that mean that I personally don't enjoy a glass (or 2) of wine, and eating really amazing food at my favorite restaurants?

Of course not!

I believe in living a BALANCED lifestyle, and that is what I teach.
